At Caney Creek, we take pride in creating a family friendly
environment. The park now offers new tiled bathrooms and a new laundry mat on site. Once construction is complete, a meeting room and exercise area will be available. Picnic tables are available at each site. Sargent also offers a convenience/hardware/liquor store within easy walking distance of the park, and a propane refilling station is located nearby. All of our sites offer full hookups with concrete pads, 20/30/50 amp electrical service and dual water valves. Our concrete pads range from a minimum length of 30 feet to a maximum length of 45 feet. When complete, the park will have 35 total sites, including 10 of which are pull-throughs.

Laundry and Wash House
Our new bathrooms offer spacious tiled showers. The laundry has four new washers and four new dryers for a quick clothes washing experience. |

Fishing
Our fishing pier and fish cleaning station allow
guests to fish on-site or to simply clean your
catch after a great day of fishing elsewhere.
The pier is well lighted and includes 'fishing
lights' for those who would rather try their luck
in the late evening hours. |

Concrete Pads
The park sites are concrete pads that are 14 ft.
in width and range in length from 30 ft. to 45
ft. Picnic tables are readily available
throughout the park, with most tables are located
on the entry side of each site. All sites have full hookups. |

Rental Units
Caney Creek now offers two rental units with more planned in the future. Our Park Models are very comfortable with all the luxury of home. One unit sleeps 4 and the other sleeps 6. |
